IMPORTANT - All our delivery services require signing upon receipt, without this the consignment can not be delivered. Please check your parcel before signing for it, as we can not be held responsible for an item once it has been signed and accepted

If for any reason goods are returned to CJR Enterprise due to failed delivery the carriage cost non refundable. We resever the right to charge for any extra carriage involved

Returns, Complaints and Disputes

If goods sold by CJR Enterprise are found to be faulty "out of the box" or develop a fault in the first few days, you may return them to CJR Enterprise and we will send you free replacement provided that CJR Enterprise have verified the fault, the goods reach us strictly within 14 calendar days from invoice date, the date the goods were originally shipped out to you. The following needs to be included:

* The goods in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation;

* Completed Email confirmation to ourselves prior to sending back
